Shane is a licensed builder and is the nominee for Dynamic Homes as well as a Director and is a will known identity in Bundaberg. Shane Commenced work in the building industry in 1990 and has had an active roll since then in various fields in the industry. Shane was the instigator and force in establishing Dynamic Homes in 2004. Shane has a Diploma in Information Technology and is a qualified Justice of the Peace.

Initially you’ll meet with Shane who will work with you to design your home and draw up a plan to suit your budget. Early 2009 Dynamic Homes can offer to their clients the most up to date technology. Through this technology Shane will be able to take you through your plan and view the design, rooms, colours as if you were actually seeing your completed home. Shane can then make any necessary changes while you are viewing the plan until you are completely satisfied. This is an added service that Dynamic Homes can provide to their clients.

Nick is a well known identity in Bundaberg and is a Director of Dynamic Homes. Nick’s previous experience as a qualified office equipment technician and workshop manager has given him extensive experience in the area of management supervision and people skills as well as excellent knowledge of office equipment.

Nicks main roll is project coordinator which means that his responsibility is to ensure that each building project runs smoothly during the building process. Nick together with Shane carry out inspections of all building sites at least once per week. Nick is also Dynamic Homes office manager.

Merv is a well known identity in Bundaberg. He is a Director of Dynamic Homes and a qualified Justice of the Peace. Merv had been a Financial Planner for more than 30 years. He commenced his career in 1972 with MLC and in 1985 was promoted to manager of the sunshine coast area. In 1993 he set up his own financial services business at Southport. In 2005 Merv sold his business to a group of bank managers from Westpac and with his wife Dianne moved to Bargara to taken the roll as marketing manager for Dynamic Homes.

During his career Merv has had extensive experience in management, supervision, training and people skills. Merv’s responsibilities include all aspects of advertising and marketing with Dynamic Homes Display Homes as his main project. Dynamic Homes are continually looking at new marketing initiative to ensure that the public know who we are and thereby maintain a continuous flow of business.

Merv is also responsible for the sales of Display Homes, Spec Homes and Home and Land Packages. He is also involved with finance and company administration.
